She distinguished herself as part of the second cohort of black belt recipients in Nepal, an accolade endorsed by the International Taekwon-Do Federation in collaboration with the National Sports Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Sharada was a pivotal force alongside Master Krishna Balal, driving the growth and promotion of Taekwon-Do ITF in Nepal throughout his leadership from 2003 to 2011. In November 2000, she enriched her expertise by participating in the International Instructor Course, facilitated by the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, in Kathmandu, Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, Ms. Sharada undertook Taekwon-Do ITF training in Australia in 2007 and the UK in 2009, consistently accompanied by her husband, Master Krishna Balal.
