About Ms. Sharada Rai

Ms. Sharada Rai proudly holds a 4th-degree black belt, accredited by the esteemed International Taekwon-Do Federation. She distinguished herself as part of the second cohort of black belt recipients in Nepal, an accolade endorsed by the International Taekwon-Do Federation in collaboration with the National Sports Council.

Ms. Sharada was a pivotal force alongside Master Krishna Balal, driving the growth and promotion of Taekwon-Do ITF in Nepal throughout his leadership from 2003 to 2011. In November 2000, she enriched her expertise by participating in the International Instructor Course, facilitated by the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Moreover, Ms. Sharada undertook Taekwon-Do ITF training in Australia in 2007 and the UK in 2009, consistently accompanied by her husband, Master Krishna Balal. She has actively participated in numerous Taekwon-Do events across the United States, including North Carolina, New York, Florida, Baltimore, Pennsylvania, Kentucky,

and beyond.

Armed with her extensive experience and passion for Taekwon-Do, Ms. Sharada stands out in her ability to inspire and train individuals of all ages.
